Stripe payment links

CopperStack may use Stripe Payment Links or Stripe invoices to collect deposits, project payments, or final balances. Payments should only be made after project details, pricing, and scope have been confirmed. Stripe may charge payment processing fees when a payment is completed, and Stripe’s pricing and fees are controlled by Stripe and may change.

Optional Stripe features, add-ons, custom domains, subscriptions, or other advanced tools may have separate fees. Any payment link or invoice sent by CopperStack will be based on the project quote or agreement provided to the client.

Project approval required

Submitting a form, request, or message does not automatically create a contract or guarantee that CopperStack will accept the project. Prices, timelines, deliverables, deposits, and final balances depend on the approved project scope.

Deposits and refunds

Deposit requirements, refund terms, and payment schedules should be confirmed in writing before work begins. If a project changes in scope, the price and timeline may also change.
